Seresco announces its intention to list its shares on BME Growth

Seresco, a company specializing in software solutions and Information and Communication Technology services, has resolved to start proceedings to list its shares on BME Growth before the end of FY 2022.  The Board of Directors of the company approved the implementation of this decision, the purpose of which is to accelerate the company’s inorganic growth both on the national and on the international market. Seresco will join BME Growth by issuing a capital increase of roughly 10% of the company’s value.

Founded in Oviedo (Asturias) in 1969, Seresco has attracted a portfolio of more than 1,500 national and international clients from companies operating in all different sectors, as well as in government agencies. In terms of business figures, Seresco has a solid track record in sales, visibility and growth. And therefore, the company’s goal is to accelerate its global growth by taking advantage of the current circumstances on the market, which favor the growth of the sector in which it operates.

After the decision of the Board of Directors, the Managing Director, Carlos Suárez, declared that “Seresco’s access to the stock market will enable us to accelerate our plans for inorganic growth, international expansion, diversification and development of new projects, while also favoring the recurrence and scalability of our products and services, which, in turn, will help us create value for our clients, suppliers and our stakeholders in general.”

Its clients in the public sector include: the Government of the Principality of Asturias, the Government of Galicia, the Regional Council of Castile and Leon and the Agriculture Guarantee Fund of the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture. In the private sector, Seresco works for companies of all sizes and from all segments, such as Alcampo, Alsa, Eulen, GAM, Kone, Peugeot-Citroën, Roche, Sanitas, Scania, Swarovski or Vestas, to mention only a few.
