Seresco is creating an M&A area

Seresco announces the appointment of Max Gosch, Ruperto Iglesias and Luis Pardo as independent directors of the company. The new additions to Seresco’s Board of Directors have been made in the context of the recently announced plan to start public trading on BME Growth before the end of the year, as well as the company’s objectives for national and international expansion.
  - Luis Pardo earned a degree in Business Administration and Management with highest honors from the European University. He has more than 30 years of experience in the technological sector, accompanied by an in-depth knowledge of the business community, especially in the case of SMEs, which he vigorously defends.
   In 2021, Luis Pardo was named Executive of the Year by the magazine Capital; his most recent positions include CEO of Sage for the last seven years and president of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain, as well as currently participating in a variety of professional networks, such as the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of AMETIC, the organization of employers in the Technological Sector in Spain, the Business Action Council of Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), the Advisory Board of the Employers’ Organization on Promotion of Labor. He is also a sponsor of the EADA Business School and was recently appointed as member of the Committee of Technological Employers in Europe, Digital Europe.

  - Max Gosch has a degree in Business Sciences and Law from Comillas Pontifical University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Quality Systems and Environmental Auditing from the University of Las Palmas. He has extensive experience in auditing, as well as being the founder of the Committee on CSR and Good Governance of the Economic Auditors Registry (REA) and a member of the Committee for Sustainability and Resilience of the General Council of Economists of Spain (CGEE).

  - Ruperto Iglesias holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela, as well as Master’s Degree in Accounts Auditing (IUDE). During his extensive professional career working as auditor, administrator or financial director he has held positions of responsibility in companies such as Incarbi, Hunosa or Aesal, as well as having served as a founding partner of Auditores Consultores Asturianos (“Asturian Auditing Consultants”) or the auditing company Open Auditores. He is also President of the Group of Associated-Work Companies of Asturias (ASATA).
