Employee portal

The portal utility provides the employee with interactive access to all information that the company makes available to them (corporate documents or employee-specific documents). Employees can use the portal to consult their payslips and withholding certificates, modify their personal data, and also to request vacations and permissions, thereby creating a workflow of requests and approvals that is integrated with the e-mail system to generate alerts.

For the management of training courses, the employee can use the Employee Portal to consult the catalog of courses defined in Milena Personal.

Manager portal

The manager portal permits decentralization of day-to-day operations, thus streamlining communications and improving the productivity of the human resources department. It facilitates the direct management of teams by speeding up and simplifying the processes associated with administrative procedures.

Improvement of the organization’s workflow

The workflow enables the information to be distributed directly from each team leader to the central human resources system, making use of different authorization schemes that allow for validation of suitability. The cycle concludes with the final verification and authorization from the human resources department, which is freed from performing simple tasks without this resulting in their losing control over the information.

The simulation module enables you to respond to multiple strategic propositions on the subject of human resources administration. Configuring time frames, salary and staffing parameters for different positions of the company on the market provides you with detailed results from all perspectives.

The display of results makes it possible to conduct organizational and structural analyses, analysis of specific components of the remuneration scheme (basic convention, complementary remuneration, variable remuneration, goals) and analysis of contributions and costs.

The values can be analyzed as a whole by budget or specifically according to the evolution of the items within the budget time frame.

Occupational Risk Prevention

This feature provides complete support to ORP officers, which is adaptable to the specific features of the sectors and to clients’ characteristics, based on the Occupational Risk Prevention Act (Act 31/1995) and on the Technical Notes of the National Institute for Safety and Hygiene at Work (INSHT).

It constitutes a technological solution that completes the integration of processes, since it enables management of Occupational Risk Prevention by mining HR data from Milena Personal. The processes maintain cohesiveness among themselves, without ever coming into conflict, since each area always maintains its own privacy.

It enables, among other tasks, conducting risk assessments, planning preventive actions, recording accidents, setting up notifications, drafting customized forms, coordinating business activities, managing handout of PPEs...etc.

It is a web tool that is extraordinarily easy to use and intuitive, and that also features an application appropriate for Tablet, iPad or any other mobile device, which facilitates field work.
